These are the official Major League Rules that cover every situation that an umpire can find themselves in. However, every league, including Manly Warringah, makes changes to these rules to fit the particular age group and experience level playing (Minor League, Junior, etc). Thus, these rules MUST be read in conjunction with the Manly Warringah rules associated for the league you or your child is playing in.
